Equipment Rental
We have learned to anticipate what you will need to create a great adventure on the Muskrat River.
River Tubes are the bare essential requirement. We have a large rental fleet of deluxe river tubes specifically designed to traverse shallow rocky rivers. We experimented with many styles and sizes of tube. Feedback from people that have river tubed all over the world, confirm that they like our tubes better than the rest. All our tubes feature full bottoms and high backrests. 2 sizes available. May $22, June $25, July-August $29. September-October $25
Paddles are not a necessity however they are strongly recommended. If you have a kayak style paddle, you should definitely bring it with you. We don't always have enough paddles for each tube. Paddles aren't required for travelling faster down stream. The current will do that for you. Paddles simply let you manoeuvre around objects or to keep closer to friends. $5
Life Jackets (PFD) are highly recommended but not a mandatory. In the shallow fast flowing Muskrat River there are many hazards which a PFD would make safer. $3
Advice and Safety Briefing
In our first 3 years of renting equipment to river tubers we have helped over 7 000 people. We take all this experience and provide our best advice on our website so that you can plan your trip to be as good as it can be. The most important factor to keep safe is to be prepared. We provide all the information we have on our website so you can plan for a safe trip before you book or before you come for your adventure. Make sure everyone reads our website before they sign on to the adventure. Our Facebook and Instagram pages have tonnes of videos to watch so that you know exactly what to expect so you are completely prepared. On the day of your trip, we provide everyone with a safety briefing with lots of tips to make your adventure as fun as it is safe.

Stress Free Shuttle
The launch point and your exit point on the river are an 8 minute car ride apart (too far to walk). We have designed a simple method to arrange that your group and equipment will be at the launch point and your vehicle and your belongings will be at the exit point.
How: We offer a simple service just prior to your river tubing. You choose a driver from your group. Your driver will take the vehicle in a convoy with all the other drivers on the 8 minute drive to the parking lot at the exit point. This 3.9 km route follows the same route as your river route. Once all the drivers have their vehicles parked, they will get into the shuttle vehicles (usually air conditioned) and ride back to the launch point . Now that the drivers know their route and their exit point, they can relax. We try to make the shuttle ride enjoyable with some interesting stories. Your vehicle will be waiting for you when you exit the river. Your towels and everything else you need will be right there in your vehicle. Return your tubes and rental equipment to us and tell us how your trip went. On the main run you will need to deflate your tubes to return them in your vehicles.
Other tubing operators want your whole group to wait for a school bus to fill up before they drive you back to your car.
